

Suzuki Program
The Suzuki method was invented in the mid-20th century by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, who modeled his approach of music instruction after the process of natural language acquisition. Dr.Suzuki believed that every child, if properly taught, is capable of achieving musical proficiency. This class moves the child from experiencing to understanding music as we explore the orchestra and begin reading music and begin reading music. elements of Suzuki, Orff, and Kodaly techniques are combined with Judy Hirt- Manheimer's pioneering approach to music education.
